ICI Services is a mid-sized professional services company certified in all seven SeaPort-e geographic zones.  We are a prime and subcontractor on multiple SeaPort-e task orders, and bring in-depth experience and innovation in delivering high quality services to complex technical requirements.  We support multiple Navy ACAT-1 programs and Systems Commands and their Warfare Centers:
