David Durham joins ICI Services Corporation

Virginia Beach – ICI Services Corporation announced today that David Durham has joined the company as Vice President and Division General Manager. Mr. Durham will lead ICI’s efforts providing NAVSEA and Warfare Center customers with Acquisition, Engineering, In-Service Sustainment and Information Assurance support.
Mr. Durham has 34 years of leadership experience supporting the Department of Defense, including three decades of active and reserve U.S. Navy service. He previously served as Vice President for Strategic Capture at Sayres & Associates LLC; Business Development Director and Interim Program Director of the Maritime Services Division for VSE Corporation; and Section Vice President for Combat Systems Engineering, Test & Training at General Dynamics Information Technology.
Mr. Durham earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
As a Selected Navy Reservist, Mr. Durham commanded Reserve units supporting DCNO Fleet Readiness and Logistics (OPNAV N4), Military Sealift Command Atlantic, Naval Surface Forces Atlantic, Naval Sea Systems Command, and United States Second Fleet. He served two consecutive active-duty mobilizations in the U.S. Central Command Operations Directorate as Director, CENTCOM Operations Integration Cell in Ankara, Turkey; CENTCOM Liaison Officer to U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command in Stuttgart, Germany; and Deputy Chief, Central and South Asia States Branch, Operations Plans Division. He also served in units supporting OPNAV N96, United States Fleet Forces Command, United States Second Fleet, Allied Maritime Command (NATO), and Defense Coordinating Element FEMA Region III. On active duty he served as a division officer in USS Connole (FF-1056) and USS Normandy (CG-60), as a Surface Warfare Junior Officer Assignment Officer, and as a Presidential Emergency Operations Officer in the White House Office of Presidential Contingency Programs.
