Ted Fredrick Promoted to Vice President

Virginia Beach, VA – ICI Services announced today that Ted Fredrick has been promoted to Vice President. Mr. Fredrick leads the Integrated Programs Operations Center within the corporation’s Engineering Services Division.
With the recent award of the Navy’s Foreign Military Sales and Security Assistance Program contract to ICI Services, Mr. Fredrick has also taken on the responsibility for leading this important Navy support services contract. As the Program Manager for this International Fleet Program Office (PMS 326) contract, Mr. Fredrick leads the delivery of engineering, financial and logistics support to a broad range of foreign military programs, under the cognizance of the Naval Sea Systems Command, from offices near the Washington Navy Yard.
Mr. Fredrick is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Physics. Mr. Fredrick joined ICI Services in 2006 after a 30-year Navy career that included a number of senior-level billets including a Program Manager tour at NAVSEA, Chief of Staff for the Warfare Systems Engineering Directorate and Commanding Officer for the USS STEPHEN W. GROVES (FFG 29).
