ICI Services Receives $24 Million SPAWAR Contract

Virginia Beach, VA – ICI Services announced today that it has been awarded a three-year, $24.7 million prime contract to provide comprehensive program management support to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Sea Warrior Program Office, PMW 240. Under this contract, ICI Services will support systems engineering, corporate operations, program and planning, financial and logistics management in the Washington, DC, region as well as for PMW 240 Assistant Program Managers in Orlando and Pensacola, FL, New Orleans, LA, Crane, IN, and Millington, TN.
The Sea Warrior Program’s mission is to deliver high-quality, business IT solutions for Sailors, the Fleet and the Navy Enterprise. The Program’s IT portfolio includes 34 major IT systems and 29 subsystems that enable sailors to manage their careers and access needed information.
The ICI Services-led team will deliver a wide range of support, from planning meetings and special events to producing briefs, graphics and multimedia presentations. ICI Services will perform research and analysis for acquisitions and provide strategic planning, personnel and manpower support, training, communications and public affairs services, and financial management, integrated logistics, systems engineering and information technology support. ICF International, AMSEC, Barling Bay LLC, Tech-Marine Business and Valkyrie Enterprises LLC are subcontractors to ICI Services on this effort.
