ICI Services Selected to Support Foreign Military Sales

Virginia Beach, VA – ICI Services announced today that it has been awarded a $25 million, 3-year prime contract to provide administrative and technical support to PMS 326, the International Fleet Support Program Office, and PMS 333, the Inactive Ships Program Office, for Security Assistance programs and Foreign Military Sales. 

The ICI Services-led team will provide engineering, financial, professional management and training services to support ship sales to foreign navies as well as lifecycle, acquisition, operation, upgrades, modification, modernization and maintenance support for those vessels. ICI Services subcontractors on this contract include Alion Science and Technology, International Systems Management Corporation and Tech-Marine Business, Inc.

Each FMS case has unique needs, which can include differences in national operational philosophy and continued support for vessels with equipment no longer in use by the US Navy. The ICI Services team will provide a wide range of services on a case-by-case basis. This will include preparing reports, developing databases, analyzing systems, managing configurations, determining logistics needs, providing financial reviews and reports, drafting usage documents, addressing individual country special needs and developing training courses and measurement systems.
