ICI Services’ NUWC Keyport Employees Honored

At Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Washington, several ICI Services’ employees have been recognized for their outstanding performance. Jennifer Morris and her ICI Services Travel Department received the annual NUWC Keyport Excellence in Internal Customer Service and Satisfaction Award. The award recognizes the department providing the highest level of professional engagement to internal customers.
Also singled out for superior performance during the command’s annual DoD employee and support contractor awards ceremony were ICI Services’ Catherine “Kitty” Merrihew and Julie Domena of the Vendor Pay Department. They were nominated for the Susie Stevens Award for External Customer Services and Satisfaction for their efforts in ensuring timely payments for NUWC Keyport’s commercial procurements and for identifying significant process improvements.
