Two New Operations Center Managers Support Business Expansion

Virginia Beach, VA – ICI Services Corporation named two new Operations Center Managers today: Ted Fredrick and Christopher J. Adams. Their promotions were announced at ICI Services Quarterly Managers Meeting as part of organizational restructuring to support the corporation’s growth.
Mr. Fredrick, a Physics graduate of the United States Naval Academy, will lead ICI Services’ Systems Management Operations Center, which includes work for the Program Executive Officers for Integrated Warfare Systems and Submarines, the Next Generation Navy Enterprise (NGEN) system, and NAVSEA 07Q (Submarine Safety.)
Mr. Fredrick, who previously led the Test and Evaluation Performance Assessment Team supporting PEO IWS Aegis Combat Systems Engineer, joined ICI Services in 2006 as a Subject Matter Expert and Systems Engineer for the 9-nation Maritime Missile Defense Forum. During his 30 year Navy career he served in numerous senior-level billets, including Director of International Programs for NAVSEA, Chief of Staff for the Warfare Systems Engineering Directorate, and Commanding Officer for the USS STEPHEN W. GROVES (FFG 29).
Christopher J. Adams will lead ICI Services’ Integrated Warfare Operations Center, which supports the Naval Gunnery Project, Surface Ship Weapons and Integrated Combat Systems programs. He joined ICI Services in 2004 as a Senior Analyst and has served as Project Manager for a wide range of efforts, including the development, integration and deployment of the Close-In Gun System for the DDG 1000 Program, the MK 110 gun mount for the Littoral Combat Ship and the MK 48 gun weapons system for the US Coast Guard.
