ICI Services to Support Combat Environment Simulation at NAWCWD, China Lake

ICI Services Corporation will provide technical services in support to L-3 Global Security & Engineering Solutions (GS&ES) on the Combat Environment Simulation III (CES) contract awarded to L-3 GS&ES and two other companies by Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, California. The five-year for CES includes support to Navy ranges and design, engineering, fabrication, procurement, integration, testing, training and managing of NAWCWD China Lake’s Radar and Pod Instrument Systems. The aggregate ceiling value of the CES III contract, shared by all three of its awardees, is $211 million.

resizedchinalake.jpgNAWCWD is an organization within the Naval Air Systems Command and is dedicated to weapons development for the U.S. Navy. China Lake hosts the land test range, while NAWCWD’s other California location, Point Mugu, hosts the sea test range.

ICI Services currently provides NAWCWD, China Lake, with technical, program management and information technology services in support of the Precision Attack Weapons Systems (PAWS) Technical Project Office. ICI Services also performs technical documentation support at NAWCWD, Point Mugu, from its office in Camarillo, California.
