ICI Services Opens Training and Development Center at its Virginia Beach Headquarters

ICI Services Corporation inaugurated its 2,500-square-foot Training and Development Center this week when the company welcomed over 20 senior managers from across the country for its Quarterly Management Meeting. ICI Services occupies the fourth floor at 500 Viking Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia, in the Lynnhaven Parkway Business Corridor; the Training and Development Center occupies a portion of the first floor. The Quarterly Management Meeting, which ran from May 24-26, included division managers and corporate directors from throughout the ICI Services organization. Company leaders discussed operations, information technology infrastructure, financial performance and business development during the three-day meeting.
The Training and Development Center is equipped with the latest audio-visual and computer equipment. The Center’s objective is to provide a venue conducive to supporting the training requirements of ICI Services University as well as to host management and operations meetings. ICI Services University provides employees and managers training in a broad range of business subjects, including contract and financial management, human resources, and business operations. ICI Services is committed to employee professional development and continuous improvement in all operations. In addition to classroom training, employees can also participate in Web-based training.
ICI Services provides engineering, test and evaluation, logistics, environmental, range and base operating services to the United States Navy and Army, as well as the Department of Homeland Security.
