Richard Miner to Lead ICI Northeast Operations

ICI Services announced today that Richard Miner has joined the company as Operations Center Manager for Northeast Operations. In this position, Mr. Miner will be responsible for managing and expanding ICI’s business base at NUWC Newport and other New England locations. Mr. Miner will be located in ICI’s Middletown, Rhode Island, office.
Mr. Miner reports to ICI Services Chief Operating Officer, Jay Harrison, who is very pleased to have him as part of the company’s management team. “Rich has an outstanding background to take on the responsibilities of this new position. He worked for NUWC Newport as both a government employee and as a contractor. I know he will be a key contributor to our continued business expansion.”
Mr. Miner has over 15 years experience in program management, financial management and operations. He has extensive experience in resource management and operations support as well as in budget and financial planning. Mr. Miner has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. He holds Professional Certification in Program/Project Management from the U.S. Naval War College, Newport, RI.
