ICI Services Awarded Contract to Support Integrated Warfare Systems

ICI Services was recently awarded a five-year, $116 million prime contract to provide Business and Financial Management (BFM) services to the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). This PEO and its program offices are responsible for design, development, delivery and sustainment of surface ship and submarine combat systems for the US Navy and allies.
PEO IWS's portfolio includes missiles; radars; launchers; guns; electronic warfare systems; acoustic sensors; electro-optic sensors; infra-red sensors; lasers; navigation; and command and control systems. PEO IWS collaborates with other PEOs as well as the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) for Air and Integrated Missile Defense, communications, networks and air control and identification systems. These systems' capabilities must work across multiple ship, aircraft and system platforms, which leads to a demanding mix of cross-program management and leadership requirements.
Under this contract, ICI will lead a team that includes Tech-Marine Business, Herren Associates, Kratos, PDS, VISTA Technology Services, Defense Maritime Solutions (DMS) and Skayia Solutions to support PEO IWS's requirements for BFM; Financial Planning and Budgeting; Financial Execution; and Foreign Military Sales. ICI has been providing Acquisition and Program Management support, inclusive of BFM services, to PEO IWS and across multiple programs under PEO Ships, SEA 21, and PEO USC for more than two decades.
ICI was also recently awarded a prime contract to provide similar support to PMS 377, the program office responsible for designing, building, outfitting, testing and modernizing the Navy's amphibious assault ships. ICI is also the prime contractor providing program support, strategic planning and business/financial management to the Navy's Acquisition Program Offices for Auxiliary and Special Mission Ships (PMS 325) and Small Boats and Seaborne Targets (PMS 300).
