Dr. Tomi Adetunji Promoted to Chief Technology Officer

At the recent Senior Leadership Team Meeting held near the Company Headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia , ICI Services President, Greg Bryant announced the promotion of Dr. Tomi Adetunji to ICI Services Corporations Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective 1 March 2024. Since joining ICI in 2015, Dr. Adetunji, has provided our Navy customers with a wide range of secure systems engineering services with a focus on helping the navy deliver over 200 platforms, payloads and systems secure from cyber threats. Mr. Bryant shared that, "Tomi's appointment as Chief Technology Officer is well deserved given his success developing ICI's suite of iSecure and Zero Trust solutions, tools, and implementation strategies. His efforts and commitment to helping resolve our customer's challenges reflect well on ICI and demonstrates our strength in the cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI) and their application to the navy's unmanned and small combatant product line."
Dr. Adetunji noted "I am pleased and fortunate to be given this wonderful opportunity. We are embarking on developing products and technology to support the Department of Navy (DON) and our Customers maintain a competitive edge in cyberspace by delivering cutting edge cybersecurity and information technology solutions."
On Dr. Adetunji's promotion to CTO, Vice President and Director of Human Resources Joseph Shorter shared information about ICI Services Workforce Development Programs. Mr. Shorter said, "under Tomi's guidance we are setting up a Cybersecurity Workforce and Career Initiative to assist employees in pursuing Cybersecurity Certifications and Credentials."
