ICI Services Corporation's ISO-Based Quality Management System Recertified
October 11, 2024
Virginia Beach, VA - October 11, 2024 - The Quality Management System that ICI Services Corporation uses to administer its contracts was recently recertified as meeting stringent International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 requirements.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on several proven quality management principles, including a company having a strong customer focus, the involvement of its high-level officers in project management, a detailed, process-based approach to assure quality, and ongoing dedication to improvement.
ICI Services' ISO certificate was issued by American Global Standards, a management systems certification body. It determined that ICI Services' ISO-based management system remains suitable for Quality Engineering, Management, Logistics and Sustainment services for the U.S. military and other Federal Agencies.
In its audit, American Global Standards found no deficiencies and recertified the effectiveness of ICI Services' Management System through October 2027. Auditors noted that ICI Services received excellent scores in customer feedback, observing "customers are very satisfied," and that there were "no customer complaints to report."
ICI's Corporate Quality Control Officer Mike Amenti led the recertification effort.
