Kimberlie Russell Promoted to Vice President

Virginia Beach, VA - ICI Services Corporation announced today that Director of Contracts Kimberlie S. Russell has been promoted to Vice President. Ms. Russell joined ICI Services in 2016 to lead a team of senior contract specialists responsible for contract administration, pricing, customer interface and small business liaison. She works at the Corporation’s headquarters in Virginia Beach.
Ms. Russell has worked in government contracting for more than two decades. Before joining ICI Services, she served as Vice President, Contract Administration for Valkyrie Enterprises in Virginia Beach and as Contracts Manager and Senior Contract Administrator for AMSEC LLC and SAIC.
“Kim is a find,” ICI CEO Jay Harrison said at the company’s Senior Leadership Team Retreat. “She quickly learned our play book and has made a significant impact in our contract administration and proposal operations. She is a leader who rolls up her sleeves to get the job done, while engaging and mentoring her management team to effectively deliver results.”
Ms. Russell is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College and was Secretary of the National Contract Management Association’s Norfolk Chapter.
