Sandra Reece Joins ICI Services to Lead NAWCAD 4.11.2 Contract

Virginia Beach, VA – ICI Services Corporation announced today that Sandra Reece has joined the company as Program Manager for the corporation’s prime contract supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s Combat Integration & Identification Systems Division (NAWCAD 4.11.2) in in St. Inigoes, MD.
Ms. Reece has more than 36 years of technical, analytical and leadership experience supporting the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), the Naval Aviation Logistics Center (NALC), and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR).
She has a BA in Business Administration and is certified as an Acquisitions Professional, plus in DAWIA Level III Logistics by the Defense Acquisition University. Before joining ICI Services, Ms. Reece supported SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic and NAVAIR Foreign Military Sales. She also served in a number of management and leadership positions within NAVAIR, including as the AIR 3.2.2 NAVAIR Technical Data Competency Division, as the E-2/C-2 Aircraft Weapon System Configuration Manager, as well as a key member in leading NAVAIR headquarters in the standup, development and training for Navy ERP for Configuration Management, Maintenance Planning and Supply Chain Management.
