ICI Services to Support NSWC PHD Office of Engineering and Technology

Virginia Beach, VA – ICI Services Corporation announced today that it is a member of a Quality Innovative Solutions (QIS) Inc. team awarded a $9 million, five-year contract to provide engineering support services for the Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, CA.

Contract performance efforts include systems engineering and test and evaluation services for the development of formal plans and realistic milestones, objectives and deadlines within the OET. This includes support for the OET’s Strike Force Interoperability Officer Team; the Readiness Concept Center; the Combat Systems Fleet Advocate; the Advanced Projects Division; the Technology Development Office; and the Strike Group Interoperability Capabilities and Limitations Project.

This new contract will be performed within ICI Service’s Engineering Services Division, led by Ted Fredrick. ICI Services holds four prime contracts and multiple subcontracts at NSWC Port Hueneme. Prime contracts include Underway Replenishment Systems engineering and logistics services; Ship Self Defense Systems engineering, software, information assurance and integrated logistics support; Weapons System Integration; and Combat Systems modernization and logistics.
