Cliff Campbell Promoted to Vice President

ICI Services announced today that Cliff Campbell has been promoted to the position of Vice President and Technical Director. In this position, Mr. Campbell will be responsible for working closely with both government and industry to develop new service lines and to ensure the quality of ongoing efforts. Mr. Campbell works out of the ICI Services Maritime Plaza office adjacent to the Washington Navy Yard.

“Cliff has earned this recognition; he is a true technical professional. For seven years at ICI he has been at the forefront of our Navy support services growth,” stated ICI Services President and CEO, Mike McCarley. “I look forward to the continued contributions Cliff is making to the test and evaluation programs of the new ship acquisitions at NAVSEA.”

Mr. Campbell over 35 years US Navy engineering experience and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Auburn University. Prior to joining ICI, Mr. Campbell was a Program Manager and Senior Engineer for George G. Sharp, where he managed the Shipboard Survivability, Damage Control, and Risk Management Division. Additionally, he served in a number of technically challenging positions during a 20-years career as an officer in the US Navy.
